About Greg Oberlander
Florida’s Suncoast has been Greg Oberlander’s home since 1958 and Southwest Florida in Nokomis since 1977. In his previous career, Greg worked within the Green Industry with golf course-related properties in both commercial maintenance and development projects. Since then, he has added experience as a USCG licensed captain for small vessels.
As a Realtor, Greg works closely with clients in both residential and commercial transactions, and helps to create value with his unique perspectives on waterfront and residential golf properties. Many years of enjoying local waters has given Greg the experience necessary to prove access and draft requirements for boating needs.
